Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Valor Block ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to valorblock.com and our related services.

Information we collect

  • Account information — email address, and (if you create one) an authentication credential managed by our identity provider.
  • Order and shipping information — name, shipping address, email, phone (if provided), and the design details of your Valor Block build.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Support messages — anything you send us through the Contact Us form.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and basic interaction logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

  • To create and fulfill your orders.
  • To communicate about your order, respond to support requests, and send transactional notices.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Who we share information with

We share only what's necessary with vetted service providers:

  • Payment processing — Stripe.
  • Order fulfillment — our print vendors for Valor Canvas™ prints; we fulfill acrylic desk blocks ourselves.
  • Hosting and infrastructure — cloud providers that host our website and database.
  • Legal requests — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to support the order, provide replacements, comply with tax/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact messages are retained for a reasonable period for follow-up and quality purposes.

  • You can request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the Contact Us page.
  • You can decline non-essential cookies via our cookie notice; see our Cookie Policy.

Children

Valor Block is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
