These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of valorblock.com and any products or services offered through the site (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Custom products

Valor Blocks are made-to-order using the design you configure in the builder. You are responsible for the accuracy of the design — including ribbons, medals, badges, ranks, names, dates, and any custom text. Because each block is personalized, all sales are final except as provided in our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual property

Government-issued insignia (ribbons, medals, unit patches, etc.) are depicted for personal commemorative use only. Valor Block is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. All Valor Block™ trademarks, site design, and copy are owned by us.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders where a listed price is clearly wrong. If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund of any amount charged.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information you authorize us to charge the applicable amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. We'll work with you on shipping-related issues (see the Refund Policy).

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, harassing, or infringing;
• attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service;
• submit designs that infringe another party's rights or contain unlawful content.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. See our Disclaimer for details.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valor Block, its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Valor Block harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including any content you submit.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Valor Block is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
