I recently ordered a Valor Block for my Father who served in WWII. I am a Veteran myself but never had my Father's ribbons and because of the fire that ruined all the paper work mostly for WWII Veterans it was hard getting Dad's ribbons. However, I was lucky enough to have the better part of Dad's paper work including his discharge papers, where he was and his campaigns. My older brother, as a young kid, took his medals out and lost most of them, Dad said he wasn't angry, he felt he knew and remembered where he fought and didn't miss them. As I grew older and served myself, they began to mean much to me. I cannot say how incredible the Valor Block turned out, I never expected how it turned out. Thanks much for the "outstanding" job you did, I only wish Dad was alive to see it. I proudly have the block with Dad's tri fold. Thanks very much to you and Matt Menster

I thought it was lost

I found it this morning!! It was heavily rained on and I couldn’t make out who it was to or from. My wife or son must have grabbed it off the porch!! I’m so sorry for missing it!! I have it and it is very nice! Thank you very much!!

Got the product about 5 days after I ordered it. Had great detail and looked exactly like it did on the design screen.

I'm ordering more for my grandkids

Matt lives near me so we met for coffee and he hand delivered my block. I let him know that there was a few tabs missing for the marksman badge. He said he'd get to work on that and add them soon. But overall I'm really happy with it.

Really nice

I ordered two. When they got here, I was so pleased that I ordered one to display my dad's service (USAF). Will also make a great gift.

Great piece, wish for more sizes

No complaints on the block itself and the layout tool was easy. I just wanted something between the 7x5 and the big canvas for a hallway.

Quality is not cheap-looking

I expected a plastic trinket for the price. The edges are polished, the print is sharp, and it has real weight to it.

Matt is my neighbor
